It replaces the drawing-and-spreadsheet workflow with a structured engineering model — every piece of equipment, pipe, and instrument is a data-rich object. Upload a PDF, scanned image, or DXF file and ErgoPlanner's recognition pipeline analyses the drawing and generates element proposals. An engineer reviews each proposal — accepting, adjusting, or rejecting — before anything is committed to the model. This "review-before-place" approach keeps your engineering data accurate from the start.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Your projects are strictly tenant-isolated — no data crosses between organisations. Access is controlled by role-based permissions, and all changes are recorded in a full audit trail.

The application uses a conflict-free CRDT sync layer, so changes you make while offline are queued locally and merge automatically when your connection is restored. You can continue editing without interruption and without risk of losing work.

ErgoPlanner accepts PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, BMP, DXF, and DWG files. Multi-page PDFs are supported — you choose which pages to process. After import, drawings are converted into live engineering models that you can edit, annotate, and version within the platform.

Every save creates an automatic revision in the full version history.
